Added support for the Neutral Switch input in Liberty mode. Requires Neutral Lockout to be enabled.

Added Reverse Input support to the Transbrake function. When the Transmission Reverse input is active, the transbrake engages for 10 seconds - extended if throttle is applied. Designed for the TH400 gearbox, which requires the solenoid to engage reverse gear.

Added Hella coolant pressure and temperature sensor.

Added option to use target tables for the Electric waterpump control (PWM) output function.
