Most likely you have selected sequential fuel injection without using a HOME/CAM sensor...
(you cant run sequential injection without a HOME/CAM-sensor.
Note: This fault code will stop ignition or fueling (whichever is wrongly configured), so engine will never start with this error code stored.
Sequential injection in combination with only a crank trigger is not possible.
No Home signal used.
